Payment Policy – Full payment is required before pet companion pickup or at drop off.
Availability and Delays – All items are subject to availability, and in the event of a delay, you will be promptly notified.
Paw Print Remembrance Stone – Our handmade laser-etched stones are crafted from a digital image of your pet companion’s paw print to captures their unique physiology.
Upgraded Products – Please allow from 1-3 weeks for the creation of non-standard requested products.
Color Variation – Actual product colors may slightly differ from images, particularly in the case of handmade or natural products.
